Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a refund of the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. In case of adverse weather, the date may be changed at no cost, or the deposit refunded if the client cannot reschedule.
Some bookings or deposits may be non-refundable.
According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, services tailored to the consumer or with rapid expiration are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
